In 2016, we launched a volunteer-driven fundraising program built on a simple but powerful idea: turn generosity into meaningful support for horses in need. By collecting new and gently used equine, farm, and animal-related items, we created a sustainable way to raise funds for registered 501(c)(3) rescues. Every item donated is resold, and every dollar earned goes directly to supporting rescue organizations that work tirelessly to protect and rehabilitate horses who need help the most.
Over the years, this program has raised thousands of dollars annually, providing vital funding that helps equine rescues continue their lifesaving work. We proudly accept a wide variety of donations, including tack, farm equipment, fencing and gate materials, hay, grain, and supplies for dogs, cats, and other farm animals. If it can help a rescue raise funds—or care for an animal—we are happy to give it a second life for a great cause.
Each year, we select a rescue organization to receive the full benefit of our fundraising efforts. For the current year, all proceeds will support Fighting Chance 501(c)(3) in Hamersville, Ohio, an organization dedicated to rescuing horses suffering from severe neglect. This rescue has been involved in several well-known large-scale neglect cases and is often the last line of defense for horses in critical condition. The funding raised through our program directly supports the extensive care, rehabilitation, and long-term recovery these horses require.
We host our fundraising sales at our facility a couple of times throughout the summer season, creating an event that blends purpose with community and a little bit of fun. This year’s sale is scheduled for July 18, 2026, with shopping opening at 10:00 a.m. These sales are a wonderful opportunity to find useful items while knowing your purchase is making a real difference for horses in need.
Donations are accepted year-round, and we are happy to offer local pickup for larger or bulk items. Whether you choose to donate, attend a sale, or simply help spread the word, your support allows us to continue standing behind the rescues that stand up for horses. Together, we can keep this program growing and ensure that help is always available when the equine community needs it most.
